LICERON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62013TN2025PTC186529), registered at Block No.10, Door No.62, Hfa Apt., Keelkathirpur, Kilakattur, Kanchipuram, Kanchipuram - 631502, Tamil Nadu, India, operates the enterprise website licerontech.com and the ClaimSense™ decision intelligence infrastructure.

2. Processing of Health Insurance & Medical Data

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), LiceronTech acts as a specialized Data Processor under contract with licensed insurance companies, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and public health agencies (Data Fiduciaries). We process claims data strictly under enterprise Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for the sole purpose of claims validity, tariff reconciliation, and fraud prevention.

3. Zero Public Model Training Commitment

We do not use customer health claims, patient identities, hospital tariffs, or diagnostic notes to train public foundational AI models or third-party commercial LLMs. All enterprise models are containerized within isolated single-tenant VPC boundaries with customer-managed cryptographic keys (CMK).

4. Data Subject Rights

In accordance with the DPDP Act 2023, data principals have the right to access summaries of personal data processed, request correction of inaccurate health data, and nominate representatives. Because LiceronTech acts as a Data Processor on behalf of insurers, data subjects may exercise these rights through their respective insurance provider or TPA.
