1. Scope of Enterprise Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and commercial use of the software platforms, APIs, graph algorithms, and services provided by LICERON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62013TN2025PTC186529), registered at Block No.10, Door No.62, Hfa Apt., Keelkathirpur, Kilakattur, Kanchipuram - 631502, Tamil Nadu, India.
2. Enterprise SaaS Licensing & Availability
LiceronTech grants eligible enterprise clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to use ClaimSense™, FraudGraph™, DocForensics™, ProviderIQ™, and related API endpoints subject to executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). Standard uptime SLA is guaranteed at 99.9% excluding scheduled maintenance.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
All algorithms, multimodal neural network architectures, patent-pending document forensic techniques, software codebases, and trademarks (including LiceronTech, ClaimSense, FraudGraph, DocForensics, ProviderIQ, TariffGuard, PolicyMind, and ClaimCopilot) are the exclusive intellectual property of LICERON TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
4. Confidentiality & Security Protocols
Both parties agree to treat all ingested hospital claims, rate cards, and software telemetry as strictly confidential under bilateral non-disclosure agreements. LiceronTech warrants that no client health data will be shared with unauthorized third parties or used for external model fine-tuning.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or arbitration proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
